HUPPA Instagram Giveaway (November 2023) Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern participation in the Instagram giveaway (hereinafter “Giveaway”) hosted by @talvihaalari (hereinafter “Host”). The prize will be provided by HUPPA OÜ (hereinafter “Sponsor”). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

  • NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
  • The Giveaway is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
    • Must be a resident of Finland.
    • Must have a valid Instagram account.
    • Must comply with Instagram’s terms of use and community guidelines.
    • Must NOT be an employee or an immediate family member of the Host or the Sponsor.
  • Businesses, associations, or other groups are not eligible.

2. DURATION:

  • The Giveaway period, including the start and end dates, will be clearly stated in the Giveaway announcement post.
  • Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway period will not be eligible.
  • Host’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

3. ENTRANCE:

  • To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the Giveaway announcement post on Instagram.
  • Each participant is allowed one entry, and additional entries will not increase the chances of winning.

4. PRIZE:

  • The prize for the Giveaway is a garment described in the Giveaway announcement post and provided by the Sponsor.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • Neither the Host, nor the Sponsor guarantee that the prize will be available in the size or color preferred by the winner. In the event that the preferred size or color is unavailable, the Sponsor will offer alternative options for the winner to choose from.

5. WINNER SELECTION:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from the eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced within 24 hours of the giveaway’s end date.
  • The winner will be contacted through a direct message on Instagram, and they must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
  • Participants must adjust their Instagram account settings to allow for receipt of messages from the Host. It is participant’s sole responsibility to take any steps necessary to adjust their account settings to permit participant to receive messages from the Host. Any participant’s failure or inability to receive any message(s) from the Host for any reason shall be deemed a failure by such participant to comply with these Terms, such participant shall be disqualified from the Giveaway. Similarly, the Host shall not be liable for any lost, misdirected, or otherwise unreceived or illegible messages from participants.

6. PRIZE DELIVERY:

  • The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address as provided by the winner. The Host and Sponsor are not responsible for any shipping or customs-related issues.
  • The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and duties on a prize’s value.
  • The Host and Sponsor are not liable for any delays, damage, or loss related to the delivery of the prize.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

  • The Host and the Sponsor are not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage incurred during or as a result of participating in the giveaway.

8. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY:

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants grant the Host and Sponsor the right to use their Instagram username, name, and any content submitted for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation or prior approval.
  • Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. GENERAL TERMS:

  • The Host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  • These Terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • The Host reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms.

10. NO AFFILIATION:

  • THE GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, INSTAGRAM. PARTICIPANTS RELEASE INSTAGRAM FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY.
